Spitfire 14c28n

I gave it 4 stars because there is a second detent very close to the locked position iof the blade and when I go to disengage the knife one handed the blade does a double clutch type movement and it swings back.to the locked position. Now its not a deal breaker bc once you carry a knife with a detent near the locking position for a few days you get used to it normally but this particular knife that detent is just far enough away from the locked position that either it double clutches or wants to drop shut on my finger. May be a personal issue that only affects me but I doubt it because ive heard other knife reviewers mention this very issue and its kinda aggrevating. Knife is super sharp out the box. Access to the liner is great. Smooth action. The blade rockets out when using the thumb studs in a very satisfying way hence the name spitfire. All in all the budget version of this knife is a great blade at a great price point. It would be perfect if not for that double clutch action when disengaging the lock. Again its most likely something one can gwt used to by carrying and using thr k ife for a few days to a week. I recommend this k ofe to anyone looking for a good edc blade that they are going to be using not displaying
